new topic. Does anyone else feel the moderator should be tougher with personal comments made on this website ??? |

No. It is right that the moderator does not interfere. The best thing about this website is that comments are honest and can be as scathing or praiseworthy as they like. |

Rubbish, Godfather....I am retired (not from cafe/rest business either) and ALWAYS look for value for money. My views are relative and do not favour either way. |

I am the manager of a place which is getting targeted unfairly , we don,t have access to numourous email addresses neither do we keep upping our own positives, All we want is accurate and fair comments from people who have taken the time to visit us |

feel that everyone is entitled to own view on catering establishments but agree with sassy when they are personal should be viewed differently or the reviewer could use for own ends to attack peoples characters without reason |

No I don't - but there is a point - there are a number of out-of-balance positive posts in a run of negatives which, when you look, are the one and only post from that poster. Makes you wonder! I've done a lot of positives and am not an owner! |

why bother, most of the good reviews are written by the establishment owners anyway, and the negative are written by the competition! |
