With the promise of some better weather on the horizon - any votes for best al fresco (open air) dining? |

Sadly al fresco dining IoM usually means eating in a giant, disgusting ashtray (if not actually inhaling carcinogens). Even on rare hot days I'd prefer to eat inside for this reason. |

For anything from a coffee and a toasted teacake to a full meal, try the Velvet Lobster on North Quay, Douglas |

Has to be The Creek Inn. Fantastic views of the new Marina, I spent many a summer weekends with a excellent pint of bitter and some good seafood last year |

It's been a while since I've been and I believe it's changed hands a few times, but I've always loved The Mines at Laxey. On a sunny day, sitting and watching the trams pull in can't be bettered. |
