The pits. Hot drink machine broken, grumpy service. IOM Government really ought to take more care in who they sub out their lucrative contracts to. Worse than the Sound Cafe ! |

a positive comment for a change for the Airport catering facilities today due to fog many delays with a lot of people waiting but management&staff coped tremendously well. I was pleasantly surprised given all the negative feedback for this establishment. |

Food was very mediocre and grossly over-priced. Staff disinterested and seemingly un-trained in customer relations. I just hope vistors don't form an opinion of the island from here! |

Turned up for lunch before flight to Glasgow.Ordered sausage bap at £4.25 each and got two luke warm sausages on a stale unbuttered bap.
It looked dreadful and tasted the same.
My dogs get fed better!!! |

Absolutely dreadful. This facility does the image of the Isle of Man no favours. It should be taken over and run by someone who knows what they are doing! |

No hot food displayed any more at weekends. Instead limited menu with two conflicting prices for several of the meals (curry, burger etc). Pointed it out. They didn't seem interested. Watch out. |

Staff struggle to understand English. Foolishly asked for a bacon bap - it was cold, just like the rest of the so called 'hot' food on display. All food looked tired and everything is grossly overpriced. It makes eating on the Steam-Packet a pleasure! |

The Airport must have the very worst and vastly overpriced coffee on the whole Isle of Man. How on earth can they justify the extortionate prices for a coffee from an automatic machine that tastes like it has been made from the sweepings off the floor. |
