03/08/2010   Week   Lovely coffee, gorgeous home made cakes - we were spoilt for choice. The scones were full of juicy fruit and served warm. Very nice staff, efficient service.    Recommended   pepperpot
31/03/2010   Week   A comfy cafe with good home cooked food, friendly service. We found it quite quick too. Nice atmosphere and a real asset to the South of the Island.    Recommended   Cassandra
14/02/2010   Week   Thought we'd try again. A bit better organised, a wait of under 20 minutes this time. Food still good - it is worth a visit if you are Down South.   Recommended   Deepest South
24/01/2010   Week   Really good food but very slow, disorganised service - which is inexcusable with 2 staff and only 8 tables! If only the service matched the cooking!    Recommended   Deepest South
06/12/2009   Week   A real 'cafe', with chintz, flowers...and even doilies (remember them?). But had home-cooked special, huge pot of tea and big slice of cake for £8. Can't go wrong. Believe the coffee is good too.   Recommended   Jo the giraffe
29/11/2009   Week   Great for lunches. Very popular. Good food, well cooked.   Recommended   Cassandra
31/10/2009   Week   Drove all the way from the North of the Island today (Saturday)to find The Patchwork Cafe closed!    Not Recommended   Noo-Noo
15/09/2009   Week   Only had a hot chocolate, but very impressed. Nice to have a cafe in Port St Mary too. Tempted to have cake next time.   Recommended   Costas
13/09/2009   Week   A proper tea-shop/cafe, only opened a few days ago, but very promising. Very busy Sat lunchtime and but food was really good and served withfriendly good humour. An asset to PSM and well worth seeking out if it keeps up the standards.    Recommended   Deepest South
