Wouldve have enjoyed to eat our meals together instead one meal arrived (90 mins wait for the first meal) after the other person had finished. Not busy so no excuse. Mains ok but desserts poor. |

Turned up on a busy night so waited about 45 mins for food- disappointed that the fondue sauce tasted a bit like mushroom soup rather than cheese. Had the fish special which was lovely though. |

Table decoration was a candle stuck in a bowl of pasta and this somehow sums up the entire venture: 70's hotel menu dressed up as 'quirky' bistro. Unremarkable. |

The service is very slow. I was sat 15 mins with my main before other people on my table were served. The food as just ok. I complained and it was responded with snide remarks, which lead me to leave the function early I was very embarrassed. |

Table booked for 7pm. Didnt order starters, mains came out at 8.40pm. Steak not cooked as requested and veg under seasoned. Service absolutely shocking. Worse meal for ages. |

Starters, tasty, good size and price. Mains the same however did not enjoy waiting 1hour for main after starter. Did not get offered more drinks until had been there 1hr and half, staff seemed more attentive to other tables than us. |

Slow service - after ordering we waited 50 minutes before the starter was served. Indifferent, tasteless food. Bought in desserts. Another restaurant to cross off our list. Won't be back in a hurry. |

Looks like the standards are slipping already. I had the 'special' Beef Stroganoff. It tasted quite nice, but for £11.95 was just to small. The pasta was undercooked too. Marks out of 10? A low 6. |

Would be better if desserts were homemade.
You get handed a wide variety menu and told you can only order from a tiny section (soup panini etc), it was just ok, sadly. |
