Calling all chip lovers across the nation, Giraffe restaurants have a treat in store for you that will certainly get you cheering ‘chip chip hooray’.

20-26th February marks National Chip Week in the UK and to celebrate Giraffe restaurants nationwide have created a spud-tastic menu for you to indulge in.

It’s been over 150 years since the first chips were fried in a small fish and chip shop in Oldham, even now us Brits still can’t get enough of the perfect, golden-shelled, fluffy centred chip.

Some like theirs doused in salt and vinegar, others can’t go without a good splodge of tomato sauce, but at Giraffe there’s something for everyone on our special chip menu.

Smother your fries with three-bean chilli and cheddar cheese, £4.50, or add some kick to them with the spicy adobe and chorizo sauce on the Bravas-style chips, £3.95. Go for the loaded fries with melted Jack cheese and crispy bacon bits, £3.95, steer clear of kissing and order the herby garlic fries, £3.25 or choose the Giraffe diner’s favourite sweet potato fries with chipotle aioli, £3.95.

Each variety will be available throughout National Chip Week, just take your pick from our limited edition menu.
