In 2007 Graeme Pallister set out to create a restaurant following his guiding principles of LOCAL - HONEST – SIMPLE. The result is 63 Tay Street restaurant, situated in the heart of historic Perth adjacent to the River Tay which passes through the town. The aim at 63 Tay Street is to ensure an excellent dining experience, using the best in Scottish produce delightfully cooked and presented for your enjoyment. Using local produce and fine suppliers, you are sure of outstanding and imaginative international and Scottish cuisine.
Headed by executive chef Graeme Pallister, 63 Tay Street restaurant is fine dining at its best and is a holder of the prestigious Eat Scotland Gold award. The restaurant also has an outstanding wine list and has won best customer service at the Scottish restaurant awards.
