08/03/2011 Very quiet but it was a week day.I had the sea food Gratin, very nice and generous portion, didn't need the side order of veg I ordered. A Bit expensive but I expected it due to it's reputation, all in all a very pleasant evening

14/02/2011 Went for Valentines night. Set menu. Have to say that even though the wife seemed pretty happy as she's a fish lover, I felt a bit uninspired (not a seafood fan). The Lamb Wellington was nice but a bit bland. Bill of £120 just a little high for me.

19/09/2010 The most consistently fabulous food on the Island in my opinion. We take clients because we can always rely on good service, and delicious food and wine. A real asset to the Isle of Man.

22/06/2010 This continues to vie with another establishment on the island as our favourite restaurant. Attentive staff and fish cooked to our liking. We were on a time restraint and the staff were most accomodating. I always look forward to eating here.

07/06/2010 A year since our last visit and boy, did we miss it. Great food, very friendly staff, not cheap but quality fish never is. The whole Dover sole was - sublime- no other word for it. Our guests had never been there before and were blown away by it!

21/04/2010 Even daily specials expensive but hi quality & taste excellent. Seafood gratin pie @ 18.50 had much more fish than others in IOM & tastier. Enormous fish fingers. Manager adapted dishes to our choice. Steak above IOM average too. Delicious apple crumble.

12/04/2010 Suitably competent cooking with fine ingredients, halibut was fresh and good but veg needs more thought(parsnip and carrot chunks?) Classical execution so don't expect fireworks, the puddings on the other hand are sublime and the service exemplary.

09/04/2010 Took all the family along and all food was excellent. We all had tastes of each others so that we could get a feel for lots of their dishes. One of my favourite places to eat on the IOM when visiting family. If you love seafood, you must try here!

10/11/2009 Yes we do have the Christmas spirit, yes the wine made up for the food,it would have been nice to have extra bread, but our table was told "that there was only 1 piece per customer" I wonder what would have happened if your staff had dropped some?
