OK – so I decided to try it!

Well, I can’t vouch for the bikini body or the glowing skin, but what I can confirm is the delightful taste! This is, as their publicity states, a refreshing sparking drink with a clean crisp taste of elderflower and green tea, and with the flavours of both these natural ingredients perfectly retained. And their traditional wine-making methods of production do give the drink an almost wine-like quality.

Their suggestion of a few shots of gin in a jug, some freshly cut limes added and topped up with the pressé did create a delicious refreshing drink too!
