Where's Good to Eat?

Jme's PICCALILLY

Jamie Oliver’s artisan food range

I have to say that this is the nicest piccalilly I have tasted! Not too sharp, not too sweet - just the right level of tanginess; no huge vegetable chunks, but lots of nice crunchy tasty bits. Just right!

I taste tested it with my lunchtime chips, but it would go perfectly well with all sorts of snacks or sandwiches. This year is actually the 250th anniversary of the sandwich, one of the UK’s best-loved snacks – the perfect excuse to dream up new combinations using this mouth-watering Piccalilli as one of the key ingredients. If you need an excuse!

Jme’s Piccalilly is one of Jamie Oliver’s artisan food range, and the label states that it is a lovely pickle of crunchy vegetables and tangy Dijon mustard - a classic British bit on the side. It loves cheese, sandwiches, cold ham and hot sausages. I would say it be the perfect partner for others too.

It is "made with care in the heart of Suffolk", there are no artificial flavourings or sweeteners, and is gluten free.

I can highly recommend it!
